I (Client) have requested OLR Digital (hereinafter “OLR”) to photograph the property listed above according to the schedule and rates posted herein at an agreed upon time yet to be determined. I understand that a representative of OLR will contact me within the next 24 hours to schedule a shoot and that OLR will deliver to me the edited Digital Stills and Virtual Tours (If Ordered) within two business days via the email address contained herein.

I understand that for each Digital Still above Eight (8), I will pay OLR an additional $15.00 per each still shot. Each Virtual Tour above Four (4), I will pay OLR an additional $25.00 per each Virtual Tour.

Should the scheduled shoot be delayed for any reason, including Client’s tardiness or the condition of the property, OLR will be entitled to an additional payment of $30.00 for each 30-minute interval of time beyond the scheduled start time of the shoot. Should the shoot be postponed at any time less than a full 24 hours before the scheduled shoot, the Client will be subject to a $50.00 cancellation fee. Client gives OLR the authority to charge the Client’s credit card or company any additional charges incurred by the Client.

All Digital Stills are delivered to Client in a format suitable for web publication. Should the client want high resolution images of the still photographs, Client will incur an additional charge of $15.00 per each still shot.

Photographer will expect to meet the agent or his/her representative at the apartment. Photographers will not enter an occupied apartment without the agent or the representative. Client understands that a standard shoot can take up to 75 minutes and should expect to be present in the apartment during this time. We strongly advise that apartment owners not be present for the shoot – they can be distracting and cause the shoot to go beyond the allotted time frame. Apartments should be presented in a clean, clutter-free condition. The photographer’s work should be unencumbered by pets, children or prospective purchasers. Should Photographer need to return to the apartment to re-shoot or should his stay exceed the allotted 75 minutes for any reason outside the personal control of the Photographer, Client will be subject to an additional fee and OLR will charge the client’s credit card or his/her company accordingly.
